Weight Management Coaching

“As a personal trainer I have always felt an extraordinary pressure to always look good. I have battled with my weight and my poor body image for years and felt like my life was a lie. I frequently binged and purged through self hatred.

I underwent a coaching programme "Mind Your Body Weight Management Programme" with Yvette. I feel educated about the damage that I was doing to myself, I was able to get in touch with some revealing times in my life where I have not dealt with the real emotions that I've been stuffing down. I am so much better than I was; I have a more positive outlook on my life and feel better about myself.

I have learnt some really useful day to day strategies on how to control my emotions which then in effect lead to stabilising my weight all without dieting, obviously I love exercise but realise that training 8 hours a day is equally damaging so I have a handle on that too.

I love the freedom from the constant occupation of what I should or shouldn't eat and I can enjoy a bar of guilt free chocolate. The programme really has brought peace of mind and I'm back in control of my life and my body.
